In a perfect world, every course we schedule will proceed, and every person who registers as a participant will attend.
However, as we all live in the real world, the following policies will guide our collective expectations when things don’t go as planned:
A workshop will be confirmed to proceed not later than 48 hours prior to its scheduled starting date. Except in cases where the presenter(s) are ill, a personal emergency arises, and/or technical issues that are beyond our control. In these situations, we may cancel a course at any time, and we will either refund your full payment or offer you a replacement course of your choosing.
Workshop registration is only confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant.
If sufficient confirmed registrations have not been received within 48 hours of any course, the workshop may be canceled.
In the unlikely event that a course is canceled, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund or a replacement course of their choosing.
If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop, the following refunds will apply:
The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) at any time at no charge.
After a participant pays for and registers for a course, no refunds will be given.

At Tracey Lynn Huguley LLC, we value our commitment to your growth and well- being. To maintain the integrity of our coaching services, we have established the following cancellation and refund policies for our coaching packages.
Payment & Commitment
Clients may choose to pay through a monthly installment plan for either a 10-session package or a one-year package (24 sessions). Please see the payment plans that are offered during check out. The coaching package is a commitment to personal growth and transformation. For best results, clients are encouraged to complete the full coaching journey.
Cancellations & Refunds
1. Refunds & Early Termination:
For one-year coaching packages, cancellations may be requested within 30 days of the start date, and a prorated refund will be issued based on unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee. After 30 days, the package is non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions:
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice without penalty.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be forfeited and will count as a completed session.
In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, accommodations may be made at the coach’s discretion.
3. Installment Plan Cancellations:
If a client is on a monthly installment plan and wishes to cancel, they must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the next scheduled payment.
Any remaining balance on the package must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Non-Transferability & Expiration:
Coaching packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with another individual.
10-session packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.
One-year packages are valid for 12 months from the start date, and unused sessions do not roll over.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
By purchasing a coaching package, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
